Kevin set up this local charity in December 2010 and is aimed at Kids under the age of 18 that live in and around the Bolton area. Their aim is to help develop skills, confidence, self-esteem, discipline and create opportunities that otherwise would not be available to them. Whatever circumstances these Kids find themselves in whether it be poverty, disability, or social and economic circumstances.

Superstars had a meeting with Kevin to discuss the options and communicated via phone and email on a daily basis prior to the event. Kevin and his wife Emma pulled numerous strings within their contacts list and came up with some superb donated items for the live and silent auctions. Superstars then added to this listing to create the perfect auction listing, tailored to the clientele on the night.

A sealed bid approach was adopted for this large event, so a well designed bidding sheet was placed upon every guest’s chair. With an initial mention from the MC, the night started and it did not take long for the silent auction ballot boxes to start overflowing with completed auction forms. Within only a few hours, Superstars had raised well over £20k for Kids of Bolton in the silent auction alone.

With a superb turn out and the venue at maximum capacity, this star studded night was a resounding success giving crucial funding to the Kids of Bolton. From the raffle, to the live and to the silent auction, everyone got involved and generously. Kevin and Emma were absolutely delighted with the professional service supplied by Superstars and a long term relationship has developed.
