Silent auction service:
There are several different ways to run a silent auction. Every event is different and every audience is unique - so it’s worth looking at the different types to see what works best for your function. Please see below the two different services we can offer you.
Professional silent auction service:
If you have an event with over 150 guests we are able to come along and run a silent auction for you, at no cost or risk to you. We would simply bring along a good range of our items to suit your audience (with your input), display them all on easels, provide bidding sheets, staffing to manage the silent auction and even take payment on the night. We are always happy to include any donated items you manage to source and include these in the silent auction.
We have a huge range of auction lots to choose from Sports, Film and Music memorabilia through to Artwork, Holidays and once in a lifetime experiences. We will work with you and offer our years of experience to help select the most appropriate items for your event.
We supply each item with a ‘Reserve Price’, this is the amount that is due back to us, and every penny that we raise over and above this reserve price is yours to keep. The reserve price will be based on a generous discount off our normal retail price.
Alternatively if you just require a few items to ‘top up’ what you have managed to get donated, we are able to supply any of our items to you on a ‘Sale or Return’ basis for you to include in your live or silent auction. We pay to get the items shipped out to you and we simply invoice you for the sold items after the event.
There is absolutely no risk or initial outlay to you!
